Serenity Pool

Description

Two women feature in this backyard pool painting – both are tanned and fit. One has just dived into the pool and is outstretched in a freestyle motion. The other female lounges in the spa with a refreshing cocktail in a broad-brimmed hat and shapely, tanned legs extended. Two large striped beach towels are placed on the freshly cut lawn – mown in a pleasing circular pattern, which the artist has enhanced with the use of small strokes of paint.

The birds eye view also captures the stunning hot pink bougainvillea draped over the nearby Garden Terrace Pergola. No doubt the women will relax after a sunbake in the shade with their delicious fruit platter.
