Description

Memorial Park Bulimba is home to a vibrant community in Oxford Street, Bulimba, Queensland. Significantly, this park is shaded on the perimeter all year with the plantings of 100 year old small-leaved figs. With beautiful shady trees, children’s playgrounds, sports fields and a vibrant Community Centre, this Park is home to Community Events and Major events in kind. It is possibly the most remembered, well recognised and much loved Park in this vibrant South East Queensland neighbourhood. My artwork features on the magnificent trees that are home to so many birds and small wildlife, with a reclining figure on a conveniently placed bench seat and two locals heading no doubt towards their morning coffee.
