Become enchanted with the visual allure of the Isle of Skye.  One of the most dramatic coastlines and captivating histories in Scotland, the Artists’ Mother travelled here to discover the Fairy Glen, Kilt Rock and the many famous Gardens and Museums of this glorious natural landscape.

This painting captures the rugged landscape of the mountain range, with fields tilled for crops amongst the rich verdant greens of the countryside. The brightness of the blue sky with its whispy white clouds, is overlaid with the creamy rich green of the mountain fields and passes. Clumps of yellow brush form golden orbs of colour against the mountain passes, with the fields glistening in the reflection of the clear crystal lake.
