“November” is part of the 2018 Dance Calendar series produced from my original oil paintings. This artwork was also an online finalist in the 2017 Lethbridge 10,000 competition. The piece was then known as “Laura”. I collaborated with Shilleena’s Dance Academy to hold a photo shoot of the dancers, whereby my husband and I took photos for reference for my series of 12 oil paintings, one for each of the calendar months
