This very colourful Fox is from my colourful series of paintings done in ink on a textured background. I call these my therapy paintings, as I cannot be too pedantic with detail, allowing the inks to do their own thing to a certain degree. They are quite liberating and exciting to do, as you really never know what is going to happen. The colours mix and blend in the creases and folds of texture to create beautiful marks within the image.
