Cattle Train

These cattle, grazing in the field on the New South Wales-Queensland border regions, followed each other around the paddock, hence the title ‘Cattle Train’. I was fascinated, not only by the way they related to each other, but also by their colour in the sunlight. Their hide was a rich brown/red with violet undertones which I have tried to capture in this work.

This peony was the most complex of flowers. Ice violet pink and white in colour, moving into intense shades of purple and rose in its depths. The lacy white petals framing the flower are so intricate it makes for a sumptuous floral confection.

Crystal Block

A Crystal Block is a 2cm (10x10cm) or 3cm thick (all other sizes) block of highly polished acrylic with your image mounted on the back.

The result is amazing, giving the image almost a 3D effect. These are great for gifts or to display art in smaller spaces on tables or sideboards.
