As a young kid growing up in Toowoomba (Queensland), Nathan Hass was heavily into the art of skateboard graphics and graffiti was a natural progression. Graffiti was a constant and key outlet for his artistic expression and the skills learnt led Nathan to complete a four year sign writing apprenticeship.
Nathan moved to Melbourne in 2007 and worked first as a sign writer, and then manufactured hand painted signs for a number of tattoo shops across Melbourne before experimenting with other artistic mediums. Using the skills developed through graffiti and sign writing, he has applied them to expressing his passion for geometric patterns and bold colours.
