This is a bright depiction of a blue tiger butterfly alighting on red flowers in a garden. It contrasts the blue in the butterfly’s wings against the red and green of the flowers and the orange of the lantana. Blue butterflies are prevalent in the area where I live during summer and this is largely constructed from my imagination. I am wanting the viewer to see the beauty that is present all around us if only one takes the time to stop and look.
