Let these succulent colours mesmerize you! The first in a series of Playing with Colour.

Using acrylic paint on stretched linen, I let the joy of playing with paint and colour take me on a journey. The aim was to keep a central feature true and real, whilst a fantasy of colour swirled around in a surreal nature. The garden belongs in my family and I have sketched it in many different ways of experiment.

Using a play of words, (succulent and succulence) I came up with this title through the immense use of colour and the large succulent plant which is the main focal point.
