While she stands confidently in front of the tower, already liberated, the prince climbs in the distance—this time scaling the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Unaware that the fairytale has shifted, he continues his climb toward a rescue that is no longer needed.
This playful twist reframes the story: Rapunzel is not the one waiting to be saved—she is the one who has already claimed her freedom.
