From my mind’s eye, I envisaged a vintage green cut glass vase full of garden pickings… arranged for a special afternoon tea, lit by the warm glow of afternoon sunshine. Clearly it seems I was channeling my childhood, as a very dear old friend snapped the original up as it reminded her of her mum: who herself an avid gardener.
