Pamela’s pantry is a Brisbane Icon of some 40-odd years of providing gourmet takeaways  to rushed professionals/wives/unmarried in a hurry to enjoy imaginative food that they cannot create in their rushed lives. Across the road from the Caxton Hotel and just up Caxton st from the “Cauldron” Suncorp Stadium and the statues of Wally Lewis and other Queensland rugby league greats, A humble establishment with a great reputation. If you visit, don’t miss the Weekender biscuits which are to die for. The original work is in the shop!
