Description
When the Artist’s daughter asked her Mum to join her at a Camp Hill restaurant for a late lunch and a chat, the suggestion was quickly accepted. Sharing a mutual love of fresh Oysters, this was a big drawcard for this particular restaurant in Samuel Street. The Artists daughter had been to the restaurant before with friends, so knew what to expect. However, upon presentation of the plate of oysters, they were so delicious and visually alluring that the Artist had to quickly photograph them before eating them – these were definitely going to end up on a canvas!! The taste was as good as promised – a rich creaminess, heightened by a tang of lemon and some fresh roe and shallots. Mmmmm…absolutely delicious!
