She’s the concierge from heaven, famous for her hospitality. Runs a lovely small hotel in San Marco, tucked away from the crowds. Fine kitchen; knows all the right people and places. Encyclopaedic knowledge of all the sights to see. Can discuss the places of interest in depth. Can get entrance/tickets for anywhere in Venice. Nothing is too much. But after the best of sojourns, one must leave Lucia’s.
