Taken with the camera skywards, the image is replicated as the artist positioned herself below the tree and viewed the beauty of the Jacaranda petals cascading down. This purple rain is a familiar sight throughout Brisbane in the early summer as each Jacaranda tree bursts into a Lavender and purple floral heaven.
