Description
I was searching for rocks to paint when I came across the rail cutting at Larras Lee. in regional Australia. It was late afternoon and the rockface glowed as the sun started to set on the horizon. The light in Australia’s landscape shifts hourly and for me, it takes my breathe away. Sometimes I just sit and stare, but often, I get out the brushes and capture my amazement on paper. This afternoon was particularly inspiring and made a beautiful subject which would enhance any space.
