Description
‘Internal Reflection’ was not a planned piece in the traditional sense, but something that was created through the flow of emotion. At the time of creation I had struggled a depression and a creative block, and so I challenged myself to remove the pressure of creating something that would please others, and to instead create something that flowed from me and showed how I truly felt.
The bright colours contrast with the mournful expression. My usual happy state was tinged by a very deep struggle.
