Description

Inspired by The Great Gatsby, this piece explores how we often think with our hearts rather than our heads. As I re-read this classic by F. Scott Fitzgerald, I was struck by the deep yearning within the titular character, Jay Gatsby. While all logic and sense would tell him to abandon hope and move on, he instead allows his heart to guide him.
