A simple yet bold colour play between China’s (yellow on red) and America’s (whie on blue) flag stars. The two countries brashly jostle for dominance in the image paralleling the global stage as we in Australia bounce around in response. The puzzle of this piece was to conceive of a way to blend the two parties and demonstrate the power – the result – the superpower shield!
